Principal Attorney, The Brutus Law Group
The Brutus Law Group is a South Florida-based law firm led by Attorney Phillip Brutus, its founder and principal. A seasoned advocate with 38 years of experience practicing in the state of Florida, Attorney Brutus is known for delivering strategic, results-driven legal representation in immigration, personal injury, and select family law matters.
A graduate of UMass–Boston and Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Brutus began his career as a Trial Attorney with the Federal Public Defender’s Office before entering private practice in 1989. He has since handled a broad range of civil, criminal, and immigration matters in both state and federal courts, including Immigration Court and the U.S. District Courts. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Court of International Trade, and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
